Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Osagym, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality gym outfits and an excellent shopping experience. If you wish to cancel your order and request a refund before it arrives, please review our policy below.
1️⃣ Refund Eligibility (Before Shipment)
- You can request a full refund if your order is canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
- If your order has already been processed but not yet shipped, you may still request a cancellation; however, a processing fee of 10% may apply.
- Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to process refunds until the product is delivered.
2️⃣ Refund Eligibility (Before Delivery)
If your order is in transit but has not yet been delivered (typically within 6-7 days), you can still request a refund. However:
- You must refuse delivery when the package arrives.
- Once the package is returned to us, we will issue a refund minus a restocking fee of 15%.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable.
- If the package is refused but not returned to us, we cannot issue a refund.
